go (really) green

I love that there’s nothing muted about the color of this dress. It’s just a beautifully flattering bright emerald gem-like green. I’m hyped up on color lately, can you tell?

pink sunday

Happy Easter to those who celebrate it! After the feel of spring in the air and sun on my cheeks, I’m really thinking pink today. Got any specific color palettes you’re thinking of rocking this spring/summer?

Moseyman and I had a full day prancing about outside…

First we ate a yummy french toast and eggs florentine brunch here. Then we set out for the city.

It was surprisingly warm out today so I bought these sandals. (They’re much prettier in person.)

Then we walked home over this bridge.

Now we’re relaxing back at home… and I just found this funny necklace and this long, pretty dress.

brooklyn art library

Have any of you local Brooklynites been to the Brooklyn Art Library? Such a super cute place and concept! It’s situated on the beautiful N. 3rd between Berry and Wythe. There are shelves of locally made booklets filled with art sketches, doodles, personal writings, fiction and more. You can lounge around their grand reading table or actually check the booklets out (like a real library). Look at the warm and perfectly styled atmosphere they created!

mosey foods

Moseyman and I just opened a tumblr page to post quick pics & grades of our vegetarian food outings around the NYC area. We initially opened the page as a personal food record, thinking it would make our ‘where should we eat?’ moments a little easier. But being that we’re vegetarian (with the exception of Moseyman eating fish) I felt it would be a useful tool to share with fellow veggies eating out in NYC. It’s called Mosey Foods.

we’ve all seen it coming…

Being a petite girl, I’ve never worn a skirt or dress that grazed my ankles (at least not deliberately). I’ve been mentally rejecting the long hemlines popping up everywhere but after reading this NY Times article today, this scary style started seeming a lot less scary, and even somewhat appealing. Will you be going long this spring/summer?
